Nghiên cứu này hướng tới việc khám phá mối quan hệ giữa sự an toàn tâm lý, sự gắn bó với công việc và sự sáng tạo của nhân viên trong môi trường làm việc. Phương pháp nghiên cứu được triển khai thông qua khảo sát, với mẫu gồm 408 nhân viên đến từ các doanh nghiệp trong các khu công nghiệp tại khu vực Đông Nam Bộ. Kết quả cho thấy rằng sự an toàn tâm lý không chỉ tác động trực tiếp đến sự sáng tạo mà còn gián tiếp thông qua vai trò trung gian của sự gắn bó với công việc. Cụ thể, nhân viên cảm thấy an toàn trong môi trường làm việc có xu hướng thể hiện mức độ sáng tạo cao hơn, nhờ vào sự tự tin trong việc chia sẻ ý tưởng mà không phải lo lắng về sự chỉ trích. Hơn nữa, sự gắn bó với công việc được xác định là một yếu tố trung gian then chốt, củng cố mối liên hệ này. Nghiên cứu này đóng góp những khuyến nghị thiết thực cho các nhà quản lý trong việc phát triển và cải thiện môi trường làm việc, nhằm tối ưu hóa sự sáng tạo và gia tăng cam kết của nhân viên.
